New features, workflow changes, data migration, and new integrations require a separate scope and quote. We'll understand what you need and define the work together.
Scoped and quoted per project
Platform Care — $150/month
Platform Care covers Neff Labs' ongoing management of your delivered platform. It is a care plan, not a build budget.
What's included

- —Up to 30 minutes per month of minor content or settings help
Unused time does not roll over. Platform Care is not an allowance for new development.

Third-party costs depend on your platform, volume, and providers. We identify the specific costs that apply to you before you agree — they are not included in the $150/month.
Small changes
$150/hour
Minor adjustments, content updates beyond Platform Care, or small fixes. You receive an estimate and a spending cap approved by you before work starts.
Defined features or larger improvements
Fixed project quote
New features, workflow changes, new integrations, or redesigns. We define deliverables, timeline, and exclusions together, and you receive a fixed quote before work begins.
