A working travel-flexibility prototype that turns a passenger's willingness to take a different flight into a richer offer. It combines an airline incentive with destination partner benefits, then gives the traveler a secure mobile decision flow before departure.

When a flight is oversold or demand shifts, airlines need willing travelers to move. The usual offer is a blunt cash or voucher amount. At the same time, destination partners may have time-sensitive hotel, dining and experience inventory that could make a change genuinely attractive.

A better offer can be assembled around the traveler, rather than treating flight changes as a single cash transaction. The product must make the replacement flight, benefits, timing and decision unmistakably clear—and protect inventory when someone accepts.

THE TRAVELER OFFER A secure mobile offer page that explains the proposed flight change and bundled benefits, with Bump Me, decline and alternative-request decisions. The accepted state and follow-up screens make the next steps clear. THE PARTNER AND ADMIN SYSTEM Partner inventory and offers, airline-flexibility opportunities, package orchestration and administrative workflows connect available benefits to a specific traveler offer. THE TRANSACTION LOGIC Atomic benefit allocation and idempotent acceptance protect inventory. Analytics and an economics simulator make the commercial model inspectable. THE DEMO A resettable, fictional Las Vegas scenario lets the full journey be shown without presenting airline or partner integrations as live.

The V1 audit covered the secure traveler offer, acceptance and inventory allocation, token invalidation, demo/live isolation and modeled economics. Airline/PSS/GDS connections, ticket changes, partner integrations, payments and settlement remain outside this prototype.
