The Business

A connected digital experience for Cerveza LOBA in Guadalajara, spanning brewery storytelling, the beer catalog, Fábrica visits, events, dining and reservation requests. A separate commerce build adds product discovery, drops, checkout, order tracking and Club LOBA journeys.

The Opportunity

LOBA is more than a beer catalog. The brand has a brewery, gastropub, events, tours and customers who buy in different ways. Those experiences need to connect so visitors can discover the beer, plan a visit, reserve an experience and keep engaging with the brand.

The Insight

A brewery's digital product should connect discovery, visit intent and commerce. The beer brings people in; the experience and relationship give them a reason to return.

What We Built

THE BRAND AND VENUE A bilingual brewery site with beer detail pages, LOBA's story, Fábrica and gastropub content, published events and menus, and a current 'Hoy en LOBA' experience. RESERVATION JOURNEYS A contextual reservation flow for tables, tours, experiences, events and private events. Links carry the visitor's intent into the form, where date, time and party size are captured for confirmation by LOBA. COMMERCE PRODUCT A separate LOBA Commerce application with product and category discovery, limited drops, cart and checkout, order confirmation and tracking, purchase history, Club LOBA and campaign landing pages. OPERATING TOOLS Admin experiences manage content and the customer-facing information behind these journeys. The work is built as an integrated product system; public release and payment operations should be described according to their actual launch state.

Built. Tested. Verified.

The working builds contain published-content views for beer, events and menu; reservation intent and time-slot logic; and separate commerce flows for drops, checkout, orders and customer history. This is product scope evidenced in the applications, not a claim about sales or launch outcomes.

Why It Matters

The project demonstrates how Neff Labs connects a hospitality brand, physical venue, customer booking and commerce into one coherent product strategy.
